What's involved in your MOT test
As a vehicle owner you must keep any vehicles driven on the road in a roadworthy condition.

MOT's at Surestart Automotive
An MOT test checks that your vehicle meets road safety and environmental standards. This is not the same as having your vehicle serviced and doesn’t check its general mechanical condition. You can then renew your MOT up to a month before it expires. The earliest date you can get your vehicle tested is printed on your MOT certificate. Book your car in and we’ll try and make the process as quick, efficient and comfortable as possible. We will communicate any work that needs to be done to your car to you, ensuring that your fully understand what needs to be done and why.
You can check the insurance and MOT status of a vehicle online.
