After 10 years as a Vehicle Technician with the British Army’s Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and 14 years as a Royal Navy Aircraft Technician, Neil Rose started Surestart Automotive in October 2008.His list of professional qualifications includes an HND in Mechanical Engineering, an HND in Electrical Engineering, a degree in Communication and Electronics and an Electrical Engineering Degree. Surestart Automotive aims to bring the exacting standards of military aviation engineering to the automotive industry. We aim to keep our customers informed and to deal with them in a fair and courteous way. Our working practices are organised and transparent, we listen to both our customers and our staff. We hope to make clear any problems with customer vehicles and importantly we make sure the customer is aware of how we aim to remedy those problems, the costs and the timescales involved. We keep the workshop tidy and we always aim to communicate promptly and clearly with customers.
